Subscription-Based Model

We use a subscription model because it allows us to continually support and improve our products, ensuring you always have access to the latest updates, features, and content. This model also provides greater flexibility and affordability, allowing you to scale your services according to your needs. By choosing a subscription, you’re investing in a dynamic, evolving platform that grows with you, delivering ongoing value and innovation.

Organization Yearly Subscription

$10,500 pa ($8.75 per user)

Five VR headsets are provided to offer complete access to our mental health interventions. Each headset can accommodate over 300 youth each year, resulting in over 1200 youth served in each school. All headsets come fully provisioned and ready for use. The subscription includes yearly in-person training and online resources.

Capacity Booster

$2,500 pa ($8.33 per user)

Add an additional headset to increase the number of youth served. Each capacity booster (one fully provisioned VR headset) increases access for ~300 youth.

Headset Insurance

$5 per month

Free replacement for a damaged headset - no questions asked.

T-Mobile + Arche XR Bundle

In partnership with T-Mobile, we offer exclusive bundle pricing with T-Mobile’s WiFi Hotspot to provide remote-ready, versatile access to internet connectivity and mental health support — wherever you are.
