Guardian VR is an evidence-based, neuroscience-informed virtual reality program that helps youth explore the impact of substance use and build skills for making healthy, informed choices. Through immersive scenarios and guided decision-making, students practice managing peer pressure, strengthening self-control, and reflecting on long-term consequences. Grounded in developmental and cognitive neuroscience, the program promotes resilience, emotional regulation, and personal responsibility. Designed for use in schools, clinics, and youth-serving programs, Guardian VR offers a self-guided experience that supports early substance use education across diverse settings.
