Suicide & Self Harm

Thrive VR is an evidence-based virtual reality program that supports youth mental health by building emotional resilience, self-worth, and crisis coping skills. Designed for use in schools, clinics, and community programs, the experience guides users through interactive scenarios that address stress, hopelessness, and warning signs of suicide. The program promotes awareness, mindfulness training, and help-seeking behaviors through immersive, self-guided learning. Thrive VR integrates clinical best practices and psychoeducation to help youth navigate difficult emotions and connect with support when it matters most.

Focus: Self-harm, suicide, and help-seeking
Goal: Strengthen coping skills, emotional regulation, and recognition of warning signs
Duration: 25 minutes
Supports: MTSS Tiers 1–3, IEP/504, clinics, and youth-serving organizations
Format: Self-guided
